This course is ran by Ramin Salehi. Ramin’s instructor training was licensed and accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health and his instructor license is with MHFA England.
The most common causes of long-term absence are: mental ill health (59%), musculoskeletal injuries (53%), stress (46%), acute medical conditions (46%) and minor illness (22%).
What will I learn?
Mental health whilst working from home. We are all currently experiencing the same uncertainty, how we deal with this uncertainty is completely individualised. We will explore ways in which individuals can support their own, and their family’s mental health.
Managing workloads and personal wellbeing. The top three causes of work-related stress are; workloads and volume of work, management style and relationships at work. We’ll provide proactive advice and actions to support colleagues with their day-to-day working lives, manage their workload and create thriving relationships at work.
Food and nutrition. Designed to support colleagues with a fundamental understanding of nutrition and wellbeing principles and techniques, to implement sustainable habits to maximise productivity and support personal wellbeing.
Musculoskeletal support and rehabilitation. When working from home, it’s even more important that we look after our posture, any pre-existing musculoskeletal conditions and mobility. These segments focus on the understanding of how to move well for the benefit, not detriment of your health.
